Phillip Parnell is a Houston area native which affords him a wealth of knowledge of the Houston real estate market.  After earning a Business Management degree from the University of Houston and working in his family's electronics business for over 10 years, he joined Pat Lowery Real Estate in 1998 as a sales agent. After 2 short years, he obtained his Broker’s license and became the Broker & Owner of this dynamic, family oriented company.
